Postpartum Sweet Congee
This sweet congee has been hand crafted by our TCM doctor to give you an easy, nourishing meal to eat for breakfast and set you up for the day ahead.
Like a sticky rice pudding (but better!), it has all the extra benefits of 5 diffent Chinese herbs all thoughfully chosen for their healing properties to tonify Qi, and nourish yin + blood after birth. It helps mothers revoer and support breatfeeding too.
It is sweet, warming, filling and tastes such a treat. Easily one of our Golden Mama's favoutire dishes. Simply add water, cook and add fresh ginger and this congee is ready to eat!
